3. Orders & Contracts

All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and acceptance by Neyvari.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. Please review your order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, incorrect product information or product unavailability.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation before delivery may no longer be possible. This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that may apply.

The estimated delivery time is usually 5–7 working days, unless a different estimated delivery time is stated on the relevant product page or during checkout.

The estimated delivery period begins after the order has been successfully processed. Working days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.

Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery details are complete and accurate.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays or other logistical disruptions.

6. Returns, Withdrawal & Refunds

Neyvari offers a 30-day return period, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy and any applicable statutory consumer rights.

Where applicable, consumers also have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within the legally prescribed withdrawal period. Our 30-day returns policy does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Returned products must meet the conditions set out in our Returns Policy. Products may be inspected upon return to determine whether they have been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
